Events Overview

Events are where the game's real rewards live. Daily progression is a trickle; events are the flood. Players who ignore them stall out and conclude the game has no content. Players who plan around them progress several times faster.

The short version

  1. Hoard between events, spend during them. The single highest-value habit in the game.
  2. Learn the rhythm below — most of it is daily or every-other-day, not weekly.
  3. When events collide, the alliance duel wins.
  4. Never let an event end with unspent event currency.
  5. Read an event's guide before it goes live, not while it is running.

This page is the fixed reference. What to bank right now computes what is actually running on server 19 today, and what you should be holding back because of it.

Every day

Event Timing The rule that matters
Abyss Adventure Refresh 00:00 The highest-value daily. Reroll toward orange tasks.
Fire Fiend 4 spawns × 3 hours 5 attacks per day in total — not 5 per spawn. Not a rally.
Crystal Rush Reset 00:00 UTC 20 stamina each. Milestones at 2 / 5 / 10 / 30 / 50 kills.
Earthcore Express Daily convoys Failed raids cost no attempt and no troops. Raid freely.
Detection / Intel Repeatable Raise the radar level early — better loot and more missions.
Fortune Mobilization Reset 00:00 Speed-ups pay 5 points per minute accelerated.
Temple Challenges Daily rotation Weekly progress resets Tuesday 00:00 UTC, not Sunday.
Bar stamina refill 00:00 and 12:00 12 hours each — check in twice a day or lose half.

Every two days

Event Timing The rule that matters
Executioner's Fall 30 minute fight Rally only, and rallies cost no stamina. Anyone can start one.

Every week

Event Timing The rule that matters
Ultimate Alliance Duel From week 2–3 of a server The best rewards in the game. Read the schedule tab on Monday.
Guardian Altar / Kills Day Saturday Altars at 00:00, 08:00, 16:00 UTC. Free 24h shield for everyone.
Beast Hatch Rate UP Thursday–Friday Bank every egg and hatch speed-up for this window.
Champ Clash Weekly tournament Nothing is consumed. There is no reason not to enter.
Arena orange gear One per week The most reliable free orange gear in the game.
Troop Training event ~Weekly from week 3 Bank troop training speed-ups for it.

Every two weeks

Event Timing The rule that matters
Carnival Night Friday–Sunday Shot costs do not escalate. Clear the pass and puzzle first.
Lucky Wheel ~2 days, rotating heroes The only free route to legendary hero shards. Bank gems.
Ultimate Alliance League 2-week seasons ELO ±6 per alliance battle.

Recurring, but irregular

Event Timing The rule that matters
Dragon's Treasure Disputed — see conflicts item 8 Pick the highest difficulty you can fully clear.
Lucky Cards Irregular The best energy core source in the game.
Quanti Action 3 days Explosive Arrows do not expire. Farm arrows, rally later.
Regal Medal After week 1 Pays for raising power. Bank growth materials beforehand.
Goblin Legion One battle per period Defensive. Keep your marching queues at home.
Shaft Fight Cycles of 4 rounds, 2h fights Win by holding control 30 minutes — or by holding it last.
Entombed Solpolis Registration Wednesday 30+ members. Troops do not die. Max 8 queues in the temple.
Goldhaven Takeover Server-wide Garrisoned towers score passively. Sovereign term is 14 days.
Territory Expansion 1 declaration per day City levels must be taken in sequence. Merit Points decide ties.

Rare and seasonal

Event Timing The rule that matters
Hunting Festival ~Every 3 months or longer The most rewarding event in the game. Clear your schedule.
World Transfer Every 2–3 months, 3 days The only window to change server. Bank passports weekly.
Core Mining Seasonal The only source of exclusive hero gear shards.
Titan Spine Isle 66 days over 5 phases 45-day lock once the battle phase starts. Decide before you register.
Golden Saga Server days 1–45 Server-wide co-op, via the Treasure Hall.

Exact timings differ by server age — newer servers get events later, gated on server progression. Always check the in-game calendar.

Hoard between, spend during

This is the habit that separates fast accounts from slow ones.

Many events score you for doing things — spending resources, gaining power, training troops, upgrading gear, using speed-ups — rather than for owning things. Complete an upgrade on a quiet Tuesday and you get the upgrade. Complete the same upgrade during a scoring event and you get the upgrade and the event points and the ranking rewards and, during the alliance duel, points toward your alliance's win.

So bank your speed-ups, hero shards, gear materials, energy cores and research completions. Then dump them on the duel day whose theme matches.

A concrete example: the Fortune Mobilization speed-up task pays 5 points per minute accelerated. Banked speed-ups convert directly into ranking position.

The same applies to power. On a new server, do not burn everything to top the power chart in week one. Regal Medal and similar power-spend events arrive a few weeks in and reward exactly what you gave away for free.

What to prioritize when events collide

1. Ultimate Alliance Duel. Best rewards in the game, and effectively the only bulk source of the gold coins and alchemical elixir that gate tech research.

2. Guardian Altar (Saturday, inside the duel). High personal rewards, and your alliance's duel score depends on it.

3. Hunting Festival, when it appears. The most rewarding event in the game and rare enough to clear your schedule for.

4. Lucky Cards. The most efficient energy core source — one run produced 430, enough to push a gold gear piece to red.

5. Lucky Wheel. The only free path to legendary hero shards.

6. Executioner's Fall. Individually modest, but it runs every two days, so its lifetime contribution is larger than any single rotating event.

7. Dragon's Treasure. Decided by power and coordination rather than luck.

8. Entombed Solpolis. The only Beast Badge source, and troops do not die.

9. Carnival Night. Solid and low-pressure.

10. Season events such as Core Mining. High volume, heavily front-loaded toward daily themed tasks — do those and skip the rest if time is short.

Five rules that apply to every event

Read the guide before it starts. Most of these events contain a choice you make once and cannot undo — a difficulty tier, a target hero, a Wish Reward, a land selection, a registration. Making it uninformed costs you the whole event.

Spend every unit of event currency before the event ends. Blasters, sandwiches, lucky coins, pickaxes, tickets — none of it carries over. The one known exception is Explosive Arrows in Quanti Action, which do not expire (see Quanti Action).

Check whether progress resets at server reset. Some tracks persist across the whole event and pay once; others reset daily. This changes whether you pace yourself or dump everything at once.

Ranking rewards are usually worth chasing. In cross-server events expect other servers to dominate the boards; that is normal and not a reason to stop.

Alliance participation multiplies personal rewards. Dragon's Treasure, the Guardian Altar, Executioner's Fall and the duel all pay you partly for what your alliance does. Join rallies you did not start. Share coordinates. Help people.

A note on fairness

Several events are structured so that paying accelerates results sharply — hero passes most obviously, where the free track can pay no shards at all for a newly released hero, making that hero a paid unlock in practice. This is a real limitation, not a strategy problem you can play around.

The counterweight: the leading free-to-play player on the official server states plainly that all S-tier heroes are obtainable free by hoarding gems and spending them in the Hero Pass and Lucky Wheel. It is slower, and the opening weeks are rough, but it is not locked. See Free-to-Play Playbook.
